Weekly Shop Runs – Wednesday 5:50pm – 30 min - at your own pace

Runners Paradise Shop Run is free of charge and open to runners of all abilities. Arrive at 5:50pm to register, the group will leave the shop at 6:00pm, and run for 15 minutes down to the Gardiner’s Creek trail, then turn around and head back on the same course to the shop. This allows everyone to run at their own pace and finish at the same time.
